3B Movement is a trauma-informed studio offering classes in yoga and mat Pilates, as well as somatic practices like breathwork, meditation, and sound healing. We lead with care, clarity, and a science based approach. We prioritize presence and regulation over intensity or aesthetic.

Within our walls you can expect well trained teachers, accessible options, invitational language, and a calm sensory environment. All bodies, identities, and experience levels are welcome.
